1. Delivery & Shipping Destinations

We currently offer delivery services to all of Los Angeles County, including the following areas and more:

  • Atwater Village
  • Silver Lake
  • Echo Park
  • Los Feliz
  • Glendale
  • Eagle Rock
  • Highland Park
  • Glassell Park
  • Mount Washington
  • Venice
  • Santa Monica
  • Pasadena

If you are located outside these areas, please contact our customer service team to inquire about potential delivery options.

We currently offer UPS delivery of all of our products to all 50 States, Washington DC and US All Territories.

2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will typically be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 business days, depending on your location within our service area.

Subscription Services:

  • Weekly and Monthly refill deliveries are scheduled according to your subscription plan.
  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS a day before your scheduled delivery.

UPS Delivery Services: 

  • Price and Shipping Speed depend on UPS options selected at checkout.
  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS a day before your scheduled delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: Free delivery for all orders.
  • Subscription Deliveries: Free delivery is included as part of your weekly or monthly subscription plan.
  • UPS Delivery Services: Price and Shipping Speed depend on UPS options selected at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and typically shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and an estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Process

Our deliveries are made by our dedicated in-house delivery team to ensure the highest quality of service.

  • For residential deliveries, our delivery team will leave the package at your doorstep unless otherwise instructed.
  • For business deliveries, our team will deliver directly to the reception area or designated drop-off point. If neither are available at the delivery time we will leave the package at your doorstep.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. If you have any issues with your delivery, such as not receiving your package or finding damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

7. Special Delivery Instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as a preferred drop-off location or security gate codes, please include these details when you contact our team, or by replying to your order confirmation email. Our delivery team will do their best to accommodate your requests.

8. Delivery Issues

If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your delivery, our customer service team will notify you immediately. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information or inability to access your location, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the delivery date or updating your address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes made after the order has been shipped may not be accommodated.
