Distillation and Quality Checks

Bottle Collection, Sanitation, and Refills

Our glass bottle reuse program is the backbone of our low-waste model. Glass protects taste, avoids microplastic concerns, and can be sanitized hundreds of times with the right process.

2. Wash and sanitize

  • Pre-rinse to remove residues
  • Detergent wash in high-temp tunnel
  • Final sanitize in heat or food-grade solution per SOP
  • Air dry in a clean zone with HEPA flow

3. Visual and light inspection

  • Neck and interior check with inspection light
  • Corks verified removed and replaced
  • Rejects diverted to recycling

4. Refill and seal

  • Filled only on the glass line from dedicated tank
  • Cork seal applied
